Selection becomes a matter of course
By mapping careers, current roles, aspirations and personalities we are able to draw up a workable shortlist of suitable candidates. And for each candidate we will provide CV, a detailed candidate profile created from our interview notes and where appropriate, a portfolio of their work.
We will only submit candidates that are enthusiastic about the brief, are serious about the role and are ‘ready to move’. This preparation will minimise your workload and speed up the process.
Throughout every project we will always take responsibility for coordinating diaries, travel arrangements, candidate briefing and post interview assessments. And at the point an offer is made, we will run the negotiations and secure the right deal for both parties.
And it doesn’t stop there. Post-placement support is as important as finding the right individual in the first place. Get this wrong and the chances are they’ll get itchy feet before they even get going.
Once the successful candidate has started with you we will remain on hand to induct, imbed and support both candidates and their line managers throughout those crucial probationary periods.
As a result of clear and unambiguous selection, many of our commissions result in more than one hiring.
