Annette Cove herself has a distinguished background in footwear stretching back over 25+ years. Initially with Clarks, British Shoe Corporation and Pentland Group (Director of Product for Red or Dead and VP for Footwear at Ellesse), she has now been working for over 10 years as a recruitment specialist in the footwear and accessories sectors and has built up an enviable reputation.
By bringing the most appropriate characteristics to this industry (awareness, honesty, sensitivity, tenacity and resolve) Annette will make your recruitment programme easy and swift.
- What sets us apart?Open or CloseAfter a long and successful career with K Shoes, Clarks, Hush Puppies, Dolcis, Red or Dead and Ellesse, Annette decided to redirect her considerable experience and management skills of the footwear and accessories industry by joining footwear recruitment specialist Berkeley Search and Selection in 2003.
Now, as a well-known and highly respected figure in the footwear industry, she has capitalised on this change of direction and has built a very successful career as a independant recruitment consultant. - Who are the Associates?Open or CloseWe have worked with hundreds of people and many of the industries best-loved businesses – and in the process have built an enviable reputation that is reflected in the associations we currently enjoy.
